The event is Sunday, April 16, from 2 to 4 PM, but we will be setting up and accepting food on Saturday, April 15, from 2 to 4 PM. School Safety & Security Meeting
On Tuesday, April 4, at 6 PM, there will be a meeting to discuss safety and security measures at Hillsboro, both existing and possible enhancements. School officials and our school board representative, Erin Block, will be in attendance, and all Hillsboro parents, faculty, and students should make an effort to be there as well.

MNPS Budget/PAC Meeting
The MNPS operating budget is what primarily funds our teachers, support staff, and administrators who provide for the needs and growth of our students. On Tuesday, March 28, Director of Schools Dr. Adrienne Battle will kick off the budget process at a Board of Education Budget Committee meeting. This meeting will be followed by a series of community budget meetings across the county. Each meeting will begin with a school showcase that will highlight some of the ways the schools are serving their students and utilizing previous investments to provide for better outcomes. The budget meeting for our region of the county (Southwest) will be held on April 10 at Hillsboro, 5:00-7:00 PM. This meeting will also serve as the April meeting of the Hillsboro cluster PAC.
Lunchtime Time Help Needed on Friday, March 31
Opportunity Fair is a college and summer job fair that will take place at school during lunch on Friday, March 31. Parent volunteers are needed to pick up/serve food and welcome/assist students during the event. Click the link below to sign up.
